We are manufacturers of Cotton Textile products, Vegetable Oil products and Power.

1974- Started as SRI DHANALAKSHMI COTTON INDUSTRIES (Ginning & Pressing Unit, Cotton Division)

1977- changed as SRI DHANLAKSHMI COTTON & RICE MILLS PVT LTD with paraboiled Rice Mill (Rice Division in addition to the Cotton Division)
1981- we have started cotton seed processing plant (Oil Division)
1991- New Spinning unit started with the capacity of 25,000 spindles (Spinning Division)
1998- We have constructed mini Hydel Power plant with 6.2 MVA capacity (Power Division)
2004- Spindle capacity has been increased from 25,000 to 63,000
2006- weaving unit started with capacity of 24 brand new looms of Airjet and Sulzer in wider width (Textile/Weaving Division)
2010- wind power started with a capacity of 9 MW
2013- Started New spinning Unit of 21,600 spindles with latest technology
2015- Looms Capacity has been increased to 108 (Tsudakoma, Sulzer & Picanol)
2016 –Looms capacity has been increased to 120
2017 – wind power capacity increased by another 6.3 MW
